The Tenor AS Series switches are powered by an
external power supply "block" that plugs into the wall power
socket. The power supply block supplied must be equipped with the
appropriate power connector configuration and supply voltage
rating, for the country where the Tenor is to be installed. A
suitable country kit must be specified as a separate line
item for every AS series product ordered.

Universal Power Supply for Tenor AS Series Switches
|
The universal power supply unit consists of a
small power supply unit with an integral cable to connect to the
Tenor AS and an international standard "D" shaped power
receptacle for use with standard power supply cords. It can also
be a useful alternative power supply in countries where wide
fluctuations (greater than +/- 10%) from the nominal supply
voltage occur.
Tenor AS Series products can be ordered with
the Universal Power Unit by ordering the appropriate model Tenor
AS, plus the Universal Power Supply, plus the appropriate Tenor
Country Kit.

The Tenor AF Series switches are powered by an external Universal
Power Supply unit. The power supply must be equipped with the
appropriate power cable and connector for the country where the
Tenor is to be installed. A suitable country kit (power cable)
must be specified as a separate line item for every AF series
product ordered.

The universal power supply unit consists of a small power
supply unit with an integral cable to connect to the Tenor AF and
a power receptacle for use with a country specific power supply
cable (See Below).
